Everyone’s fitness level and capabilities differ, so it’s important to listen to your body and adjust your pace accordingly. If you have any underlying health conditions or concerns, it is always advisable to consult with a medical professional before attempting any physically demanding activities.
Also note: Other hikers may have time contraints so we strive to be finished hiking within 90 minutes after we begin. There is a total elevation gain of about 633 feet spread across the 1 mile ascent to the waterfall with an average grade of roughly 10%.

What should I wear?

We recommend closed-toe hiking shoes and light activewear. We will be hiking through a rainforest so expect rain on most days! The trail can be slippery when wet and often times quite humid so prepare accordingly. We will provide ponchos, mosquito repellent, as well as hiking poles.
